I advise boards, CEOs, founders and executive teams on the intersection of organisational evolution and leadership identity. From growth and operating model redesign to AI-enabled transformation, I help align strategy, structure, capability and leadership so change translates into sustainable business performance.
I bring the perspective of an international executive leader who understands what happens when organisations grow, restructure, integrate, transform or enter new markets.
Organisations rarely struggle because of structure alone. Beneath stalled execution, complex change or persistent cultural friction, there is often a deeper mismatch between where a business is heading and how its work, decisions and leadership are organised.
For more than 20 years, I have worked across business strategy, operating models, organisation design, leadership and culture in complex, highly regulated environments, particularly life sciences, biotechnology and healthcare across Australia, APAC and international markets.
At Jazz Pharmaceuticals, I spent 18 months on the Australian Board, contributing to governance, risk, remuneration and strategic decisions. At Alexion, I helped enable 47% APAC revenue growth by aligning organisational capability with commercial expansion. Today, through Integrated Dynamic Group, I advise founders, CEOs and executive teams on operating models, organisation design, future workforce capability and the implications of AI and automation.
My contribution goes beyond traditional People & Culture. I connect commercial ambition with the organisational conditions required to deliver it. I recognise patterns others may overlook, challenge assumptions constructively and help leaders address the underlying constraint rather than only its symptoms.
Doing what is right, even when it is difficult; bringing honesty, courage and accountability.
Leaving organisations and people stronger than I found them.
Building trust through openness, respect and genuine care.
Growth, AI and transformation are reshaping how businesses operate. Yet structures, decision rights and leadership assumptions often remain anchored in an earlier stage of the organisation's development. The result is a growing gap between strategic ambition and the organisation's capacity to deliver it.
I work with boards, CEOs and executive teams to identify the constraints beneath the presenting problem, redesigning how work gets done, strengthening organisational capability and helping leaders evolve to meet what comes next.
Growth has outpaced the operating model and decisions are bottlenecking at the top.
Strategy is clear, but the organisation is not configured to execute it.
AI tools have been introduced without redesigning work, roles or accountability.
A restructure is approaching and you want to understand the work before changing headcount.
An acquisition, integration or market expansion requires a new organisational model.
Critical knowledge and succession depend on too few individuals.
Leaders are being asked to deliver a future model while still operating from yesterday's assumptions.
Changing an organisation is not simply about redrawing reporting lines, installing technology or announcing a new strategy. It requires rethinking how value is created, where decisions sit, what capabilities matter and how people work together.
It also requires leaders to evolve. The identity that helped someone succeed in one stage of business may not serve the next. As organisations become more complex and AI changes the nature of work, leaders must reconsider what they control, what they delegate, how they exercise judgement and who they need to become.
My work brings these two dimensions together: the design of the organisation and the evolution of its leadership. Neither is an afterthought.
Who do we need to become to lead the organisation we are creating? The signature question at the heart of my work
Leadership identity is considered throughout every stage, not added at the end.
Examine shifts in strategy, markets, customers, technology and workforce expectations. Clarify what the next 12–36 months will demand of the business and its leaders.
Identify the real constraints across work, structure, decision rights, capability, culture, leadership assumptions and AI adoption. Distinguish symptoms from the deeper causes of stalled performance.
Redesign work, roles, workflows, handoffs, spans and accountabilities around the value the business needs to create. Determine where AI can automate or augment work and where human judgement must remain central. Define the leadership shifts required by the new model.
Translate the future model into leadership behaviours, identity, capability, succession and ways of working. Support leaders to make different decisions, lead through uncertainty and sustain the change.
I have often been described as someone who opens space for new thinking, honest conversations and possibilities that weren't previously visible. I bring that quality into my work with executives and leadership teams, creating the conditions for people to step outside established assumptions, examine what is really happening and confront the decisions that will shape their organisation's future.
This isn't about facilitating conversation for its own sake. It's about creating the clarity, alignment and courage required to make meaningful strategic decisions. Because sometimes the most valuable contribution isn't providing another answer. It's creating the space for a better question to emerge.
Especially in AI-enabled change, cutting first can remove the institutional knowledge required for future performance. I examine what work creates value, what can change and where accountability belongs before recommending structural decisions.
Operating models do not succeed on paper. I consider the commercial system, the organisational design and the leadership identities that must evolve for the new model to work.
No technology to sell and no predetermined programme. I bring practical experience, constructive challenge and a willingness to say what needs to be said.
Some of the most important conversations in business are the ones that haven't happened yet.
I have a natural ability to create space for deeper dialogue, helping leaders move beyond familiar narratives, question established assumptions and explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.
I see the problem under the problem, but I also recognise that meaningful change rarely comes from one person having all the answers. It comes from creating the conditions where different perspectives can be heard, difficult questions can be explored and new thinking can emerge.
I surface issues that may be widely felt but poorly articulated, creating the conditions for executive alignment and meaningful action.
My role is to bring independent judgement, curiosity and constructive challenge to those conversations, helping leaders move from deeper understanding to clearer decisions and meaningful action.
Align organisational design with strategy, growth and changing work so investment and ambition translate into performance.
Help leaders evolve the assumptions, decisions and behaviours required to lead the organisation they are building, not simply the one they inherited.
Provide senior, independent organisational and leadership expertise alongside CEOs, founders and executive teams through growth, change or transformation.
“Is the organisation we have today capable of delivering the strategy we've committed to tomorrow?”
A strategy is only as strong as the organisation's capacity to execute it. Boards must consider whether operating models, leadership capability, succession, culture, workforce decisions and emerging technologies support the direction of the business or quietly undermine it.

My thinking explores the intersection of business evolution, organisational design and leadership identity: what must change in the organisation, and what must change in the people leading it?

Topics include organisational evolution, leadership identity, strategic alignment and leading through change.
